Guitar Tech is operated by Hancock Guitars, one of Australia's leading makers of fine guitars. Our guitar service centre specialises in high quality servicing, repairs and modifications with personalised and reliable customer service.

Our Guarantee

With over 20 years experience performing quality repairs and servicing all work is performed to the highest standards and we guarantee every job we do. In addition all instruments are fully insured while in our possession and during transport.  

Workshop

Our fully equipped workshop has been designed to cater to most brands of acoustic and electric guitars and basses. Our luthiers and technicians can perform a full range of services from basic restrings and setups through to full restorations.  

Spare Parts

Our range of spare parts and upgrades is second to none, this allows for quicker turnaround times when a part needs to be replaced.
